Blues guitar sensation releases his first live album, the eagerly-awaited follow-up to his Grammy Award-winning 2021 release, 662. Since Kingfish burst on the scene in 2019, fans have been clamoring for an album that showcases the dizzying heights Kingfish reaches when he gets a chance to stretch out on stage. In 2015, Steve Morgan and the Kingfish won the Boston Blues Challenge. In 2016 we played in the quarterfinals of the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, sharing the stage with the best blues bands in the world. Since then we've been hard at it, playing classic tunes, re-inventing them and always pushing the blues envelope with our original tunes.
This is the first Steve Morgan and the Kingfish CD to feature only the Kingfish and with other members besides Steve contributing tunes. This is a keeper!
