Mathematical Fuzzy Logic in the Emerging Fields of Engineering, Finance, and Computer Sciences

Mathematical Fuzzy Logic in the Emerging Fields of Engineering, Finance, and Computer Sciences by Amit K. Shukla
English | PDF | 2023 | 252 Pages | ISBN : 3036559361 | 17.1 MB

Mathematical fuzzy logic (MFL) specifically targets many-valued logic and has significantly contributed to the logical foundations of fuzzy set theory (FST). It explores the computational and philosophical rationale behind the uncertainty due to imprecision in the backdrop of traditional mathematical logic. Since uncertainty is present in almost every real-world application, it is essential to develop novel approaches and tools for efficient processing.

Computational Logic: Logic Programming and Beyond: Essays in Honour of Robert A. Kowalski, Part I by Antonis C. Kakas
English | PDF | 2002 | 688 Pages | ISBN : 3540439595 | 7.5 MB

Alan Robinson This set of essays pays tribute to Bob Kowalski on his 60th birthday, an anniversary which gives his friends and colleagues an excuse to celebrate his career as an original thinker, a charismatic communicator, and a forceful intellectual leader. The logic programming community hereby and herein conveys its respect and thanks to him for his pivotal role in creating and fostering the conceptual paradigm which is its raison d’Œtre. The diversity of interests covered here reflects the variety of Bob’s concerns. Read on. It is an intellectual feast. Before you begin, permit me to send him a brief personal, but public, message: Bob, how right you were, and how wrong I was.

Reversible Logic Synthesis Methodologies with Application to Quantum Computing by Saleem Mohammed Ridha Taha
English | PDF | 2016 | 185 Pages | ISBN : 3319234781 | 6.6 MB

This book opens the door to a new interesting and ambitious world of reversible and quantum computing research. It presents the state of the art required to travel around that world safely. Top world universities, companies and government institutions are in a race of developing new methodologies, algorithms and circuits on reversible logic, quantum logic, reversible and quantum computing and nano-technologies. In this book, twelve reversible logic synthesis methodologies are presented for the first time in a single literature with some new proposals.
