Lee Ann Womack, one of the most distinctive and decorated vocalists in modern music, will make her debut for ATO Records with the release of 'The Lonely, The Lonesome & The Gone,' an album that mixes the country, soul, gospel and blues of her native East Texas, into an audacious, sharp-edged work of art.

Charley Crockett's anticipated new full-length album, Lonesome As A Shadow, will be released April 20 and is now available for pre-order. In advance of the release, the album's first single, "I Wanna Cry," recently premiered at Rolling Stone who describes it as, "…a more soulful side of the traditional roots-based sound that Crockett first honed as a street performer in New Orleans."

High Lonesome Sound is the seventh studio album from American country music artist Vince Gill. It was released in 1996 on MCA Nashville. Two versions of the title track are included. The one at the end of the album was recorded in a more bluegrass orchestration, backed by Alison Krauss & Union Station.

Stonewall Jackson rarely gets his due as one of the hardest honky tonk stars of the 1960s; there were plenty of acts who kicked up more dust, but few were willing to plumb the depths of loneliness, heartbreak, hard living, and alcohol the way Jackson did when he was of a mind, and his dry, flinty voice was the perfect vehicle for the downbeat songs he brought to life, sounding as if he'd lived every sad, bitter tale he sang and remembered them like they happened only yesterday. Omni Recording Corporation's 2011 release The Lonesome in Me is a sibling to their earlier Jackson collection Life of a Poor Boy like that disc, this collects the material from one of Jackson's Columbia albums (in this case, 1970's The Lonesome in Me) and augments it with an abundance of bonus material, adding enough single sides and album tracks to expand the album from 11 to 28 songs.

Twenty years ago Ed Helms (guitar, banjo), Jacob Tilove (mandolin) and Ian Riggs (bass) were drawn together by their love of bluegrass. Ever since that fortuitous day they have been playing music described as: the peculiar mind meld of three old friends who've been through 20 years of life, love, loss & laughter together, working it all out through raw and honest acoustic music.
