Mad Max is a German hard rock band from Münster. The "New Wave Of British Heavy Metal" was the starting point for Mad Max founder and guitarist Jürgen Breforth in 1982 to make his musical dreams come true. In 2022, after 15 albums and concerts around the world, Mad Max celebrates the band's 40th anniversary with the new album "Wings Of Time". But no trace of standstill, singer Michael Voss and bassist Thomas "Hutch" Bauer have left the band, with Julian Rolinger on lead vocals and Fabian "Fabs" Ranft on bass, Mad Max perfectly capture the style and vibe of their 80s, but also bring the Mad Max sound one step further.

The term experience almost inevitably raises the question: What’s the significance of the album title? After all, the name Stormchild has come up before: 1985 saw the arrival of Mad Max’s album Stormchild, which has fuelled their fans’ requests to resurrect this character ever since. “Stormchild is our warrior who battles for everything good in the world, not with weapons but with rock songs. We had Kai Brockschmidt (Pretty Maids, Pink Cream 69, among others) update him for the new cover artwork and practically revived him,” comment Mad Max, forging an arc to the early days of their career. Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga is an exciting addition to the Mad Max universe! Directed by George Miller, this post-apocalyptic action adventure film serves as both a spin-off and prequel to the iconic Mad Max: Fury Road (2015). Set before the events of Fury Road, it delves into the origin story of renegade warrior Furiosa. The film stars Anya Taylor-Joy as Furiosa and Chris Hemsworth as Dr. Dementus, among others.
