The Handbook of Electronics Manufacturing Engineering has increased in pop- ularity throughout the world since it was published in 1978. Today, it is used extensively as a reference in the manufacture of electronic products, both com- mercial and military, in many countries. The primary goal of this second edition is to make this handbook of even greater practical value than the fist edition. This has been accomplished by the addition of new material vital to practicing manufacturing engineers in their everyday assignments.
