For The Good Ones’ new album, RWANDA, you should be loved, bandleader Adrien Kazigira composed over forty songs. Most were meditations on his now thirteen-year-old daughter, Marie-Claire, and the life-threatening tumor that has afflicted her left-eye. The recording was done live without overdubs on Adrien’s farm and was imbued with the passing of producer Ian Brennan’s mother during the days that they were there together as well as a former founding band member recently having succumbed to his own demons.

In his latest 10th studio album, Nathan Carter takes listeners on a musical journey through his beloved Irish Heartland. Recorded at studios in Granard, Nenagh and New York, the eighteen-track production (including one bonus song) features collaborations with legendary artists including The High Kings, Finbar Furey and Cherrish the Ladies. The album also features a stunning orchestral accompaniment from the Bulgarian Symphony Orchestra, as well as the much-loved sound of the Nathan Carter Band.

The new album reunites Warnes with her co-producer and great friend and collaborator Roscoe Beck, the long-time musical director and bass player for Leonard Cohen. Titled the ‘Best of Reverend & The Makers’, the double album offers a huge variety and includes fan favourite from their debut ‘Heavyweight Champion Of The World‘ and their most recent single ‘Black Flowers‘. Rounding the release is two new songs, especially recorded for this compilation titled ‘Elastic Fantastic’ and ‘Te Quiero Pero.’ It is set for release on September 20th.
