The Queen's Six return to Signum with a new album of romantic pop song arrangements. Conceived with US producer TJ Armand, the album of new a cappalla arrangements sets traditional classics such as Bob Dylan’s ‘Make you feel my love’, and Young and Heyman’s ‘When I fall in love’, next to more unusual songs such as Huey Lewis and the News’ ‘The Power of Love’, and Limahl’s ‘Never Ending Story’.

Accept is a German heavy metal band from the town of Solingen, formed in 1976 by guitarist Wolf Hoffmann and former members Udo Dirkschneider (vocals) and Peter Baltes (bass). Their beginnings can be traced back to the late 1960s, when the band got its start under the name Band X. Accept's lineup has changed over the years, which has included different singers, guitarists, bassists and drummers. Their current lineup consists of Hoffmann, vocalist Mark Tornillo, guitarist Uwe Lulis, drummer Christopher Williams and bassist Martin Motnik. Hoffmann has been the sole constant member since its inception, and he and Baltes (until 2018, when the latter left Accept) are the only band members to appear on each album…

The Anthology Decades is a compilation of older studio material which has been previously unreleased, though some of the tracks seem to be remixed ('tangentized') or alternate versions of some well-known material: Sunset In The Fifth System obviously bases on an excerpt from Alpha Centauri, Exit To Heaven is very similar to Edinburgh Castle, and Landing On 51 essentially overlays Astral Voyager with some new melody lines. On the other hand, official information from the Tangerine Dream Forum state: "Speculations on so-called 'tangentized' material or the use of some 'overwashed' production methods are completely false. They are compositions out of the 70ies and 80s which have been recorded for the first time or have been taken from Edgar's personal sound library"…

The primary impetus behind this ambitious 12-disc box set is to gather all nine of the Grateful Dead's Warner Brothers titles. However, the staggeringly high quotient of previously unissued bonus material rivals – and at times exceeds – the content of those original albums. An excellent budget compilation of the wonderful Bethlehem Records label - what a roster of artists they had. Very good sound too. The Bethlehem label focused on jazz releases, and this set collects some great examples of jazz–vocally and instrumentally–between the years 1958-62. One look at the artists on this 60 track 2 CD set shows how many fine artists released music on the label. Like other collections from One Day Music, there's no booklet, only a short paragraph about the label and a few of the featured artists. The digitally remastered sound is good overall within the limits of recording styles of the era.

This set brings together the Polydor albums recorded by Yngwie J Malmsteen during the period 1984 – 1990. All the tracks have been digitally remastered and the set comes complete with new artwork and liner notes by respected rock journalist, Malcolm Dome.
