Rob Metz is a guitarist who performs in the virtuoso genre out of Ohio, delivering a masterful blend of rock and bluesy experimentation, with a dash of industrial-strength shredding for good measure. Audiences were blown away as Metz took command of the stage during the 2007 promotion of Legion of his debut album, "Legion of Dreams" performing in and around the Northeast Ohio area on primarily progressive rock bills. Metz staked his claim outright and deservedly so. Metz has been a player for the last three decades. He teaches many students online and in person as well as recording studio album releases. Metz has been influenced heavily by players like Satriani and Vai, as well as studying under the likes of Neil Zaza and Dave Weiner. Metz continues to release new original material that expresses his passion for music.
