Netflix Vikings

Stories have been told throughout history since the time of cavemen. Over the centuries, this has evolved into modern cinema, television and even video games but some of the most well-known fables and fairy tales have endured and are still told today. Myths & Monsters is an interesting, 6 part documentary that chronicles the origin to some of the best-known stories in Western culture in an interesting and engaging way. Although a lack of Eastern-influenced fables is a little disappointing, this documentary does a good job of piquing interest in the various stories depicted whilst never diving deeply enough to make it an exhausting watch.

Vikings: Valhalla is a historical drama streaming television series created by Jeb Stuart for Netflix. It is a sequel to the History's Vikings, filmed in County Wicklow, Ireland. Set one hundred years after the events of Vikings, the series chronicles the beginning of the end of the Viking Age, marked by the Battle of Stamford Bridge in 1066. The series premiered on Netflix on February 25, 2022.Trevor Morris (born 25 May 1970) is a Canadian orchestral composer and music producer. His scores include the television shows The Tudors, The Pillars of the Earth, The Borgias, and Vikings; the film Olympus Has Fallen and its sequel London Has Fallen; and the video game Dragon Age: Inquisition. He was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Original Main Title Theme Music for his score for The Borgias and for Outstanding Music Composition for a Miniseries, Movie or A Special (Original Dramatic Score) for his score for The Pillars of the Earth.

Castlevania is a Canadian-American adult animated web television series based on the 1989 video game Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse by Konami. The series follows Trevor Belmont, who defends the nation of Wallachia from Dracula and his minions. Originally planned as a film with a script written by Warren Ellis in 2007, the project entered development hell until about 2015, where it was finally funded with help from animation studios Frederator Studios and Powerhouse Animation Studios, along with Netflix. Its art style is heavily influenced by that of Japanese anime and Ayami Kojima's artwork in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. The series premiered on the Netflix streaming service on July 7, 2017, and was renewed for an expanded 8-episode second season on the same day.
