Dieser Frage gingen über 20 Experten aus Digitalisierung, Beratung und Führung ein Wochenende lang auf einem gemeinsamen Book Sprint nach. Ihr Ziel: In drei Tagen ein Praxisbuch verfassen, das zeigt, wie sich Unternehmen zukünftig aufstellen müssen. Das Ergebnis: geballtes Fachwissen von New-Work-Experten in einem Buch. Dabei werden Traditionen, bisherigen Prozessen und Strukturen eine Daseinsberechtigung eingeräumt. Die Experten zeigen zudem, dass die Integration in neu geschaffene Unternehmenskulturen nicht nur nötig, sondern vor allem möglich ist.

Divided into Archetypes, Methods, Conditions, Relationships, and Imaginaries, each of the five sections in the book introduces in 20 principles architecture at different scales and stages of the design process. Through an inclusive and holistic approach, the book refers to initial design ideas, creative design approaches, reflections on the effects of the built and destroyed environments, and architectural desires and aspirations to transform the world and engage with the cosmos.
