They released four UK Top 10 hit singles, with their debut album 'Pelican West' reaching no. 2 in the UK album charts, no. 31 in USA's Billboard 200, and ending up being certified platinum by BPI, with Nick gracing the cover of pacesetting style magazine The Face.

An album from former Haircut One Hundred frontman Nick Heyward is not likely to make many people's "most anticipated" list, but From Monday To Sunday is pure, exuberant power pop with melodies to kill for, chiming, British Invasion-style guitars, and nary a synthesizer in earshot. Depending on the track, the basic rock lineup is augmented by various combinations of real live cello, mandolin, clarinet, horns, piano, and organ. A couple of numbers lapse into the whitewashed sentimentality of old. But for the most part, Heyward delivers crisp, hummable pop songs, disposable but enjoyable. ~ AllMusic Review by Roch Parisien

It’s all about pure pop to begin disc 3, with Agnetha Fältskog’s first solo single since ABBA, alongside Kim Wilde, Thompson Twins, Shakin' Stevens, Jo Boxers, Tracie, and Donna Summer’s collaboration with Musical Youth.
