Future Nostalgia is the upcoming second studio album by English singer Dua Lipa. It is scheduled to be released on 3 April 2020 by Warner Records. Lipa began working on the album in early 2018, enlisting writers and producers such as Jeff Bhasker, Ian Kirkpatrick, Stuart Price, The Monsters and the Strangerz and others in order to create a pop record with a "nostalgic" and electronic feel.
Enforcer have returned with yet another uncompromising heavy metal album titled "Nostalgia". The album is a reflective look at everything that once existed and a reminder that life is in a constant state of change. It’s a confrontation of the eventuality that, through the destructive force of time, everything withers and ceases to exist. All matter decays into nothingness. The blindsiding new studio album "Nostalgia", featuring 13 heavy metal anthems, throws Enforcer back to their speed metal roots. Fusing extreme guitar riffing with catchy stadium choruses, Enforcer are out to conquer the world with their sixth and most hotly anticipated album to date.
Taken from three different, late-'40s sessions, Nostalgia features Navarro in the fine company of bebop stars like Dexter Gordon, Tadd Dameron, and Art Blakey. While looser sounding than the legendary sides the trumpeter cut for Blue Note, the tracks here still include the usual bevy of sharp Navarro solos, plus stellar contributions by all involved. The first session with tenor saxophonist Charlie Rouse (one of the earliest recordings of the future Monk sideman), Dameron, and Blakey, finds Navarro mixing poised and fluid solo work with more intense high-note statements, demonstrating his masterful blend of both Miles Davis' cool approach and Dizzy Gillespie's incendiary technique.
A deep ambient flow of six interconnected soundworld immersions evoking an echo in time, emanating in all directions. The presence of life’s nostalgic imprints casts this sense forward into a future state of longing and etheric reveries just out of reach but coming into form.
Beyond Horizon is an instrumental album in electronic style, where Grassows "spiritual ambient" drones and Gleisbergs classical teached orchestra-sounds are melted together in a perfect melange of surprising and tenseful ethno-electronic. Nostalgia was formed in 2000 by Rüdiger Gleisberg and Mathias Grassow. The long friendship between these two well-known solo-musicians found its creative expression in the first album " Arcana publicata vilescunt ", released on US Label "Release" in 2002. Third full member of Nostalgia is Carsten Agthe, a percussionist and Didge player. Nostalgia stands for modern electronic-sounds, melted together with natural percussion and orchestra-elements. Main idea is a sound between Ambient and Gothic, but the cosmos of this band is much larger.
