ICR is happy to announce our latest release - a double CD with 2 recordings of concerts by NWW that are judged to be amongst their most unusual performances. The first is from Florence in 2012 with the lineup of Steven Stapleton, Paul Beauchamp & Colin Potter. The second is from Karlsruhe in 2013 when the performers were Stapleton, Potter & Andrew Liles.

Cabbalism III (Leuven) was originally released as a limited edition. NWW always felt that this recording was the best of the 3 Cabbalism shows & over the years many people have complained of its unavailabilty, so here it is , with the addition of an extra track - Cabbalism IV. This was made by Colin Potter using sources from all three Cabbalism recordings, mixed and mastered at IC Studio, London 2020.

Sinister Whimsy For The Wretched contains the long out-of-print albums, Sugar Fish Drink (1992) and Large Ladies With Cake In The Oven (1993). Both discs are remastered by Andrew Liles. You will never hear these better. Sugar Fish Drink, "Cod Surrealism", is a distinctly wet aberration on paranoid aesthetics occasionally coordinated by John Balance and Steven Stapleton. For Large Ladies With Cake In The Oven, all tracks were previously released in some form or another. Songs titles have been altered from their original forms on their original releases. "Head Cold" is very close to being the exact song as the Miss Ticker remix of "Cold" from the Thunder Perfect Mind CD reissue and "Steel Dream March Of The Metal Man".

The fifth "Switched On" volume from Stereolab yet again sweeps up a bunch of their rarest releases, throwing them together with a few unreleased tracks for good measure. This one's especially worth a peek, including Autechre's genius remix of 'Refractions in the Plastic Pulse' and Stereolab's second lengthy collab with Nurse With Wound.

An anthology boxset that compiles all five volumes of the Stereolab Switched On series: 94 non-album tracks and sought after deep cuts by the groop. Includes the original Switched On compilation LP released in 1992, 1995's Refried Ectoplasm [Switched On Volume 2], 1998’s Aluminum Tunes [Switched On Volume 3], 2021’s Electrically Possessed [Switched On Volume 4], and 2022’s Pulse Of The Early Brain [Switched On Volume 5]. All the tracks have been remastered from the original tapes in recent years, personally overseen by Tim Gane of the band at Calyx in Berlin.
