With ""In between"", is the 8th album that Isabelle Olivier presents: a milestone always so fine, joyful and playful. Isabelle Olivier's work has something totally unique. ""In between"" offers an intimate, rich and very subtle sound exploration. Something more ""penetrated"" than penetrating, in the image of this other figure of the landscape that is ""the edge"": area of contact, which far from being a break, is a bond; which far from being a line is a thickness. The problem of the edge has always been of interest to landscapers. Today, it appears as a primordial societal element to live in a respectful and plural world. The guitar, says Ohana, belongs to this type of instruments rooted in a folk art since the distant past, and for which we probably need a kind of atavistic predisposition.

Born in Montreal, French-Canadian baritone Olivier Bergeron made his stage debut at Opéra de Montréal at the age of 16, singing the role of the Younger Brother in Dead Man Walking.

Olivier Alary is a Montreal-based musician and composer. Trained in architecture, sonic arts and instrumental composition, Olivier is interested in exploring the grey area between music and noise. Since 2007, he has provided soundtrack for over fifty feature-length fiction films and documentaries, including Night of the Kings, Up the Yangtze, China Heavyweight (Sundance), Corbo (Berlinale), The Great Darkened Days (TIFF), La femme de mon frère (Cannes), Felix & Meira (Locarno) amongst others. In parallel to his film work, he has released albums on Rephlex, FatCat Records, 130701 and has also collaborated with Björk, Nick Knight, Doug Aitken and Cat Power.

Flautist Alexis Kossenko’s latest offering is evocative, impressionistic: a programme in which flute, piano and voice together have pride of place.

At the court of Versailles, the daughters of Louis XV (referred to as 'Mesdames'), and in particular Adélaïde, devoted themselves to a regular practice of music and, apparently, demonstrated talent. Numerous composers (Simon, Rameau, Balbastre, Cardonne, Guignon) played for them, worked with them, and dedicated several works to them. 'À Madame, Divertissement pour Adélaïde', is an anthology, subjectively put together, of compositions that resounded in their drawing room. All the works on this programme are world premieres. These lovely, rare nuggets are mixed with a the marvellous carillons of the Marc-Antoine Le Nepveu clock (currently in the Cabinet de la Méridienne, located at the heart of the palace of Versailles, on the first floor).
