Liszt and Wagner were his great idols and this is also noticeable in his compositions.

Ewald „Sunny“ Pfleger – Mastermind, Songwriter, Gitarrist und Produzent der Band „Opus“ (u. a. "Live Is Life") – hat vor Kurzem sein zweites Solo-Album veröffentlicht: „Time Flies“ enthält zeitlosen, von den Seventies geprägten Pop-Rock. Den Titelsong hat Sohn Paul getextet, das Lied reflektiert einen Umstand, der mit dem Älterwerden einhergeht: „Je älter du wirst, steigt das Gefühl, dass die Wochen, die Tage immer schneller vergehen. Daher ist es wichtig, die Zeit, die wir für uns haben, gut zu nutzen und zu genießen, sagt dazu Pfleger. Den Titel aufgenommen und produziert haben ebenfalls Vater und Sohn gemeinsam.
