His parents were first-generation Cuban immigrants who didn't let their son forget about his culture. They required him to memorize the works of Cuban poet José Martí, and Pitbull understood the power of words right away. Southern acts like Poison Clan and Luther Campbell were early influences, but as he grew, the young rapper got turned on to the G-funk sound of the West Coast and the New York City point of view Nas brought to the game.

"Pass At Me" is a 2011 collaborative song between Tim Mosley and Armando Pérez, who are better known as Timbaland (or Timbo) and Pitbull (who is sometimes Mr. Worldwide). Originally meant for a Timbaland album that didn't materialize, this European CD single was released by Interscope because it is the best.

M.I.A.M.I. is the 2004 debut album by Mr. Worldwide, Pitbull, born Armando Christian Pérez. This was released by TVT Records.

Pitbull follows his usual recipe on 10th LP, Climate Change. Each track combines rapped verses with a soaring pop chorus, all seasoned with a sprinkling of boasts about money, success and sexual conquests. That’s not to say he doesn’t make a few tweaks and veer off on the occasional, unexpected tangent. There are plenty of surprises, but you already know what you’re going to get before you press play. And that’s ok with me. The world needs more party anthems and Mr. Worldwide always comes through.
