While Placebo's self-titled debut contained mostly elements of '90s alternative (Smashing Pumpkins, etc.), their second album, Without You I'm Nothing, is full of '70s glam rock and punk references. (…) With massive success already underway back home in England, Without You I'm Nothing deserves to break through everywhere else.

Without You I'm Nothing is the second album by the alternative band Placebo, released in 1998. The song "Pure Morning" was the first Placebo single to have moderate success in the United States. The album was produced by Steve Osborne.

Although it does not contain the band's 2009 album Battle For The Sun, this mammoth box is like having the complete Placebo collection at your fingertips.
