Precedent

The Funky Precedent is a 1999 compilation featuring indie and little known artists at the time from the world's of hip-hop, funk, soul, and Latin pop. At the time, Black Eyed Peas had only released only two albums and didn't hire a Caucasian woman to become their personal money shot. There was a second volume two years later but this was the first and the best. Released through No Mayo/Loosegrove Records.

Kill The Precedent is the 2005 EP by Nate Mezmer. This was released on the Mad 7 label.

This volume presents a variety of both normative and descriptive perspectives on the use of precedent by the United States Supreme Court. It brings together a diverse group of American legal scholars, some of whom have been influenced by the Segal/Spaeth "attitudinal" model and some of whom have not.
