Après une entrée magistrale en littérature avec la parution de deux romans et plus d’un million de lecteurs, Olivia Ruiz annonce son 6e album « La Réplique » pour le 1er mars 2024. Un retour en musique plus qu’attendu pour une artiste majeure de sa génération avec un disque à son image : hors des sentiers battus, engagé, flamboyant, libre.
Album écrit et co-composé par Olivia Ruiz entourée de Nino Vella (Yseult, Eddy de Pretto…), Vincha (Louane, Ben Mazué…), Jonathan Quarmby (Benjamin Clementine, Lewis Capaldi…), Kaonefy (Médine, Lord Esperanza… ). « La Réplique » mêle le français et l’espagnol avec des sonorités résolument modernes entre élégance de la grande chanson, moiteur des rythmes latins et grondements rageurs de l’électronique. En tournée dès le printemps 2023 et à L’Olympia (Paris) le 20 novembre 2024.

Slávka Pěchočová s playing reflects the rigor of her first teacher, Martin Hrsel, and the almost Impressionistic expressiveness of her second, the famous Ivan Moravec. Here she performs Robert Schumann's Carnaval and a selection of works by Frédéric Chopin, including the Ballade No.3, Nocturne No.13, Scherzo No.4 and the Fantaisie Op.49. All are animated by her lively, naturally virtuosic style. This program represents the very essence of the Romantic piano.

Wilhelm Walter Friedrich Kempff was a German pianist and composer. Although his repertoire included Bach, Mozart, Chopin, Schumann, Liszt and Brahms, Kempff was particularly well known for his interpretations of the music of Ludwig van Beethoven and Franz Schubert, recording the complete sonatas of both composers. He is considered to have been one of the chief exponents of the Germanic tradition during the 20th century and one of the greatest pianists of all time.

Following on his critically acclaimed recordings of Debussy and Chopin, pianist Philippe Bianconi offers a selection of favorite works by Schumann. This program, which includes Papillons, Carnaval and the Davidsbündlertänze, centers on the theme of doubles and masks and illuminates with exceptional poetry the secret connections that exist between these three scores.

Walter Gieseking was a German pianist known for his sensitivity and control of tone, color, and dynamics. His recordings of Debussy and Ravel remain an important legacy. He was born in Lyon, France in 1895, and his father was a respected doctor and entomologist. Gieseking started playing the piano when he was four years old and made remarkable progress, especially considering that he was largely self-taught.

Viviane Goergen has not only made a name for herself with her recordings of Ernst Toch's piano works, among others, through far-sighted repertoire enrichment, but also with an interpretation concept that offered new approaches for interpreters as early as the 1980s through the use of meditation, autogenic and mental training, among other things, which also benefits her Schumann recording from 1988.
