Radiohead

Following the protracted recording and more conventional alternative rock instrumentation of Radiohead's previous studio album "In Rainbows", Radiohead developed much of The King of Limbs by sampling and looping their recordings. It was produced by longtime Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich. Songwriter Thom Yorke described the album as "an expression of wildness and mutation". Radiohead released no singles from the album, but released a music video for "Lotus Flower" that spawned a viral Internet meme.

"OK Computer: OKNOTOK 1997-2017" featuring remastered OK COMPUTER album plus B-Sides and 3 Never Before Released Tracks: “I Promise”, “Lift”, and “Man Of War”, rescued from defunct formats, prized from dark cupboards and brought to light after two decades in cold storage! All material on OKNOTOK is newly remastered from the original analogue tapes. OK COMPUTER was originally released on various dates ranging from May to July 1997. Produced by the band and Nigel Godrich, the album is widely cited as one of the greatest works of Radiohead’s–or any artist’s–catalogue and was the first Radiohead record to reach #1 in the UK and to be be nominated for the Album of the Year GRAMMY. In 2015, The National Recording Registry selected OK COMPUTER to be preserved in the Library of Congress as a recording that has proven "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant".

Radiohead's seventh studio album which pioneered a unique "pay-what-you-want" system of album sales when it was first released. In 2012, Rolling Stone placed "In Rainbows" at number 336 on their updated list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. This Special Edition includes the bonus disc, which contains eight additional tracks.

"A Moon Shaped Pool" is the ninth studio album by the English rock band Radiohead. The album features strings and choral vocals. According to Pitchfork, while lite orchestrations are nothing new for the band, "A Moon Shaped Pool" brings them to the fore of the songwriting, and Greenwood's arrangements do more heavy lifting than on any other album". Portland’s premiere alt-classical group brings a huge, orchestral ensemble - including brass, percussion, and guest vocals by Patti King of The Shins - to perform a night in homage to Radiohead, including from start to finish, Radiohead’s seminal OK Computer.

A new live album that sees the band reflecting on their 6th album, Radiohead’s Hail to the Thief (Live Recordings 2003-2009) is comprised of performances of songs in London, Amsterdam, Buenos Aires, and Dublin between 2003 and 2009. The album was mixed by Ben Baptie and mastered by Matt Colton.

This session with Elysian Collective and Chris Vatalaro was recorded at Evolution Studios in Oxford, where I recorded the bulk of Strange Dance and also my soundtrack work. It took place at the end of April ’23, just before I went out to do my UK and European dates. I originally brought this ensemble together to play at the launch event for Strange Dance back in February, as I felt this combination of string quartet and percussion, together with my vocals, piano and guitar would be a compact way to capture the scope of the varied musical textures on the album. I was so made up with how it sounded and how it reframed the songs, that I wanted to capture this dynamic in a recording.
