American singer-songwriter Bruce Springsteen's second studio album, "The Wild, the Innocent & the E Street Shuffle" was recorded with the E Street Band and features their popular set-closing single "Rosalita (Come Out Tonight)". After it's initial release the record didn't gather much attention, however after Springsteen released his third album, Born To Run, and his popularity grew, The Wild, the Innocent & the E Street Shuffle was more appreciated by his fans.

The Handsome Family is an alternative country and Americana duo consisting of husband and wife Brett and Rennie Sparks formed in Chicago, Illinois, and currently based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. They are perhaps best known for their song "Far from Any Road" from the album "Singing Bones", which was used as the main title theme for the first season of HBO's 2014 crime drama True Detective. The band's 10th album, "Unseen", was released in September 2016, the first new release on the band's own label and through long-time label Loose in Europe.

William Alexander "Alex" Chilton (December 28, 1950 – March 17, 2010) was an American songwriter, guitarist, singer and producer, best known as the lead singer of the Box Tops and Big Star. Chilton's early commercial sales success in the 1960s as a teen vocalist for the Box Tops was not repeated in later years with Big Star and in his indie music solo career on small labels, but he drew a loyal following in the indie and alternative music fields, and is often cited as an influence by many mainstream rock artists and bands.
