The Rolling Stones release a brand-new Best Of compilation album, Honk, featuring the biggest hits and classic cuts from every Rolling Stones studio album from 1971 - 2016's Blue & Lonesome. The 47-track release includes eight Top 10 singles, “Brown Sugar,” “Tumbling Dice,” “Angie,” “It’s Only Rock’n’Roll (But I Like It),” “Fool To Cry,” “Miss You,” “Emotional Rescue” and “Start Me Up.” and more. Exclusive to the Deluxe edition is a 10-track offering of live recordings taken from various concerts in the band's storied touring history.

By the time the Rolling Stones began calling themselves the World's Greatest Rock & Roll Band in the late '60s, they had already staked out an impressive claim on the title. As the self-consciously dangerous alternative to the bouncy Merseybeat of the Beatles in the British Invasion, the Stones had pioneered the gritty, hard-driving blues-based rock & roll that came to define hard rock. With his preening machismo and latent maliciousness, Mick Jagger became the prototypical rock frontman, tempering his macho showmanship with a detached, campy irony while Keith Richards and Brian Jones wrote the blueprint for sinewy, interlocking rhythm guitars. Backed by the strong yet subtly swinging rhythm section of bassist Bill Wyman and drummer Charlie Watts, the Stones became the breakout band of the British blues scene, eclipsing such contemporaries as the Animals and Them.

The Rolling Stones‘ 1981 album Tattoo You will be reissued in October across six physical formats including a five-disc super deluxe edition. The original album was put together mostly from studio outtakes from the 1970s and features well known singles such as Waiting On A Friend and the transatlantic top ten hit Start Me Up.The album has been remastered (by Stephen Marcussen) and selected formats offer Lost & Found: Rarities a nine-track collection of previously unreleased songs from the period of the album’s original release, newly completed with additional vocals and guitar by the band.

Originally released in 2002 to commemorate their 40th anniversary as a band, Forty Licks was a huge commercial success selling over 7 million copies round the world. Widely regarded as their definitive career spanning best of compilation Forty Licks is released on limited 4 x 180g black vinyl housed in a wide spined gatefold sleeve.
