During the middle of the 70’s disco era, The O'Jay’s could apparently do no wrong. The soulful Cleveland based trio recorded one hit after another under Gamble & Huff’s direction for Philadelphia International Records. Moving away from the angry bite of their 1972 release “Back Stabbers”, the band followed-up that fantastic album with their 1973 album “Ship Ahoy” heading onward into 1975 with two more LP’s, “Survival” and “Family Reunion”. These two albums were released in quadrophonic back then and now decades later Michael J. Dutton has remastered both albums from the original analogue tapes for his Vocalion label.

Lynn Rene Anderson was an American country music singer known for a string of hits throughout the late 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, most notably her 1970 worldwide megahit "Rose Garden". Anderson's crossover appeal and regular exposure on national television helped her become one of the most popular and successful country stars of the 1970s. This 2018 Multichannel SACD release from Dutton Vocalion features the classic Lynn Anderson albums "Rose Garden" and "Lynn Anderson's Greatest Hits".

This two-fer SACD combines his 1973 album My Maria with Calabasas, released the following year. Originally these LPs were released separately on RCA, and had been out of print some time. This pleasant and lite country-pop set highlights many original Stevenson compositions, including "Pass This Way", "(Livin' It) Day By Day", "Song for Katy", and the biggest hit of his career, "My Maria".

Percy Faith was a Canadian bandleader, orchestrator, composer and conductor, known for his lush arrangements of Pop and Christmas standards. He is often credited with popularizing the "easy listening" or "mood music" format. Faith became a staple of American popular music in the 1950s and continued well into the 1960s. Though best known for his recording career, Faith also occasionally scored motion pictures. This Vocalion's reissue features 2 LP on 1 SACD - New Thing (1974) & Black Magic Woman (1971).

Quiet Nights is a studio album by jazz musician Miles Davis, and his fourth album collaboration with Gil Evans, released in 1964 on Columbia Records. Recorded mostly at Columbia's 30th Street Studios in Manhattan, it is the final album by Davis and Evans.
