Seventh Heaven

Warner Music New Zealand are proud to announce a license agreement with Nathan Haines and his own Haven Music Label, and ink the deal with the release of Nathan’s seventh studio album HEAVEN AND EARTH available March 15, 2010.

Throughout the months after the release of the best of compilation “Almost Unreleased” (2003) which also featured a couple of rare tracks for the fans, FRONTLINE again went into the studio and started to work on the new album “The Seventh Sign” which saw the light of days in the year 2004. “The Seventh Sign” once again proved the exceptional talents of the band and resulted in amazing press feedback.

If you don’t know who THE Beck is or at least the name than you have for sure been depriving yourself of some serious musical artistry. It’s been 13 years since his first single “Loser” was released in 1993 and since then he has made an outstanding name for himself. It’s been almost four years since the release of his Grammy Award winning album “Morning Phase” was released and the musical genius finally decided to bless our ears this October by releasing his newest project “Colors”. This is album will definitely get you up on your feet with its upbeat hypnotic rhythms. Within the album he still manages to keep his own unique “Beck” sound, so if you hear one of these songs from the other side of the street in another car, best believe you are going to know exactly whose song that is.

Digital Prophecy traces a journey from Tunisia's heat to Norway's cool. Across this distance an affinity is discernible in the shared outspokenness of expression of both musical cultures. This recording may also be viewed as the latest in an ongoing dialogue between Norway and the rest of the world; Nils Petter Molvaer's trumpet sound has long seemed like a soft muezzin call, Eivind Aarset's guitar like a keening djinn, Arve Henriksen's trumpet shakuhachi-like and so on. Another lineage may be traced from here back to Marilyn Mazur's groups and thence to Jan Garbarek's outernational explorations.

“If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” Although it’s mostly experiment that leads to enlightenment – in music and elsewhere – sometimes it’s better to follow the above adage after all, and this is something the L.A.-based quintet Heaven & Earth must be well aware of. In spite of years gone by and major changes within the band as well as outside of it, their newest album Hard To Kill not only picks up where 2013 Dig left off. What is even more surprising – it also doesn’t fall far from 1999 all-star release recorded under the moniker of Heaven & Earth Featuring Stuart Smith, the one that started it all.

Perhaps Lisa’s most personal work to date, 1993′s So Natural included such hits as In All The Right Places, a classic collaboration with the legendary John Barry, the dance floor favourite Little Bit Of Heaven and the intimate title track. This remastered Deluxe Edition is expanded to feature the Top Ten hit Someday (I’m Coming Back) from The Bodyguard soundtrack, rare tracks and 12″ mixes.
