"Memories From The Uterus" is the 3rd Shambala Networks LP. We are still in the flowing progress of our birth. Death shall be our birthday. We are still connected to our "mothership" and shall be disconnected when we die. After every moment, more preciously after every seven year, we are getting farther and farther from the womb, but never really disconnected from it. The whole life is only the dawning process… you shall remember.

Louis Charles "B.W." Stevenson was an American country pop singer and musician, working in a genre now called progressive country. "B.W." stood for "Buckwheat". This two-fer SACD combines his 1973 album My Maria with Calabasas, released the following year. Originally these LPs were released separately on RCA, and had been out of print some time. This pleasant and lite country-pop set highlights many original Stevenson compositions, including "Pass This Way", "(Livin' It) Day By Day", "Song for Katy", and the biggest hit of his career, "My Maria".

Two groovy Doc Severinson albums – back to back on a single SACD. "Rhapsody For Now" is kind of a cool concept album for Doc Severinsen – one that has him blowing amidst some larger suites arranged by Oliver Nelson, Harry Betts, and Tommy Newsom – each with a slightly different feel. "Doc" is a set of upbeat, jazzy ditties all arranged by Dick Hyman – with a brightly swinging feel that's a hip mix of late 60s mod and early 70s funk.
