Próximo ao final de 2005, na cidade de Curitiba/PR, os músicos Vlad e Mutant Cox ( Hillbilly Rawride ) estavam terminando as atividades de sua antiga banda, os Catalépticos, que trilhou os caminhos do Psychobilly junto ao Punk, Hardcore e Heavy Metal, mas a ideia de misturar novas sonoridades ao que eles já estavam trabalhando levou à criação do Sick Sick Sinners. Além disso, eles realizaram shows pelo Brasil, Estados Unidos e países da América Latina e isso rendeu um contrato com a gravadora alemã Crazy Love Records, que lançou o álbum Road Of Sin em 2008 com distribuição mundial. Desta forma, as novas turnês levaram o Sick Sick Sinners para o México, Estados Unidos, Chile, Argentina, Uruguai e parte da Europa. Para 2009, Vlad na guitarra e vocais e Mutant Cox no baixo acústico e vocal encontraram seu baterista definitivo no nome de Emiliano Ramirez.
