It's not too much to say that Slipknot's "The End, So Far" is the most anticipated metal album of the year. It is the seventh work of the band from Des Moines, Iowa, the six previous ones all reached the top 10 of the charts in Germany. For the direct predecessor "We Are Not Your Kind" it was enough for the top of the charts in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and Finland in 2019. An impressive record for a rather extreme metal band.
