The details of the soundtrack album for the animated feature The Emoji Movie have been revealed. The album features the film’s original music composed by Patrick Doyle (Brave, Cinderella, Thor, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Sense and Sensibility). The soundtrack will be released digitally on July 28, 2017 by Sony Music. A physical version is now available to order as an import on Amazon. The Emoji Movie is directed by Tony Leondis and features the voice talent of T.J. Miller, Anna Faris, James Corden, Patrick Stewart, Maya Rudolph, Steven Wright, Rob Riggle, Jennifer Coolidge, Jake T. Austin, Sofia Vergara and Christina Aguilera. The movie revolves around a multi-expressional emoji who sets out on a journey to become a normal emoji. The animated film will be released nationwide on July 28, 2017 by Sony Pictures.

Tom Holkenborg, aka Junkie XL, is a Grammy nominated and multi-platinum producer, musician, and composer whose versatility puts him on the cutting edge of contemporary music, as well as in the vanguard of exciting new film composers. His film scoring credits include Mad Max Fury Road, Deadpool, Black Mass, Divergent, Brimstone and the forthcoming Justice League and Dark Tower. He is able to draw on his extensive knowledge of classical forms and structures while keeping one finger planted firmly on the pulse of popular music.

If Renée Zellweger had any apprehension about stepping into Judy Garland’s slippers for the biopic Judy, it’s hard to tell by listening to her performance on the film’s soundtrack. Zellweger channels the smoky, quavering vocals of late-period Judy—years after the MGM musicals, amid the ups and downs of multiple marriages, hospital visits, financial ruin, and the prescription drug abuse that would be her undoing. Garland may not have been in top form for one of her final engagements, at London’s Talk of the Town nightclub, but Zellweger is at her strongest here inhabiting the diva and taking on her best-known numbers: “Over the Rainbow,” “The Trolley Song,” and “Zing Went the Strings.” Featuring guest appearances from Sam Smith and Rufus Wainwright (the latter of whom is a lifelong Judy devotee and recorded a full-album tribute to her 1961 Carnegie Hall comeback), this bittersweet recording illuminates some of the brightest spots of Garland’s career, viewed through the lens of one of her darkest moments.

Jump In! is the soundtrack to the 2007 movie which aired on the Disney Channel cable network. Some of the stars in the film have songs on the CD, including Corbin Bleu and Keke Palmer, plus other artists of the Disney roster, including T-Squad, Jupiter Rising, Lil' Josh, Jordan Pruitt, and many more. This featured the hit songs "Push It To The Limit" by Corbin Bleu and "Vertical" by T-Squad. The CD was released on 9 January, 2007.

Desperate Man Blues is a 2004 soundtrack album for the 2003 film of the same name about record collector and archivist Joe Bussard, an obsessive for his love of rural music from the south. This CD is just a small excerpt of his collection but it lets listeners know what exists in the world and Bussard's world. This was put together by Dust-To-Digital.

"Moonlighting: the Television Soundtrack Album" is the soundtrack to the ABC television series Moonlighting and was produced by Phil Ramone and Glenn Gordon Caron. It features songs performed on the show by series leads Cybill Shepherd and Bruce Willis, alongside the series theme song performed by Al Jarreau. That single peaked at #1 on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart on July 25, 1987. Other songs include Chubby Checker's "Limbo Rock", The Isley Brothers's "This Old Heart of Mine (Is Weak for You)", and "When a Man Loves a Woman" by Percy Sledge.

Car Wash (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) is the 1976 original motion picture soundtrack to the film Car Wash. The music was produced by Norman Whitfield and performed by Rose Royce, who would have a massive hit with the title theme song. The movie also featured the songs "I Wanna Get Next To You" and "I'm Going Down", the latter made into a hit through a cover by Mary J. Blige. The album has also been the core of countless samples in hip-hop for over 25 years. This is taken from a 1996 CD pressing released by MCA

From Academy Award-nominated director Lasse Hallström (The Cider House Rules) comes Hachi: a Dog’s Tale, a film based on one of the most treasured and heartwarming true stories ever told. As their bond grows deeper, a beautiful relationship unfolds embodying the true spirit of family and loyalty, while inspiring the hearts of an entire town. Jan A.P. Kaczmarek (Unfaithful, The Visitor) provides a poignant and uplifting score.

Posse is the 1993 soundtrack CD to the movie directed by and starring Mario Van Peebles. The soundtrack featured a mixture of current R&B and soul artists plus some hip-hop, all exclusive to the disc. It also includes a song from actress Salli Richardson, who also starred in the film.
