The Tragically Hip announce a commemorative boxset of their Diamond-certified debut album Up To Here, the latest installment of special deluxe packages, set to release on November 8.

Headless Cross is the fourteenth studio album by English heavy metal band Black Sabbath. Released in April 1989, it was the group's second album to feature singer Tony Martin, the first to feature drummer Cozy Powell, and the only album with session bassist Laurence Cottle. In 2024, a remaster of the album was announced as part of the box set Anno Domini 1989–1995, marking the first time the album has been officially reissued. The CD edition of the album contains the picture disc bonus track "Cloak and Dagger", both in the box set and the stand alone remastered CD released November 15th, 2024.

Up To Here was originally released on September 5, 1989 as The Tragically Hip’s first full-length studio album, an introduction that brought them breakthrough success, including two Canadian rock radio #1 singles, “Blow at High Dough” and “New Orleans Is Sinking,” as well as earning the band a JUNO Award for Most Promising Artist in 1990.

By the late '80s everyone had pretty much given up on Black Sabbath…and why not? After all, guitarist Tony Iommi was the only remaining original member, and the band had seen an outrageous number of musicians – particularly lead singers – crash through its battered ranks since Ozzy Osbourne's late-'70s sacking.

One that puts a lump in our throat from the opening strokes, ‘Tranquillizer’ marks a key point of departure for Thaemlitz from the deep house they DJ’d at NYC clubs from the late ‘80s to fully embrace its spiritual descendants - ambient house and downbeat - and embark on a stellar oeuvre defined by a timeless sound sensitivity and pathos.
