Primitive Dance is a 1987 album by Irish singer/songwriter Paul Brady. The song "The Awakening" features the vocals of Irish singer Moya Brennan. Mark Knopfler guests on guitar on one track.

Pentangle (or The Pentangle) are a British folk-jazz band with an eclectic mix of folk, jazz, blues and folk rock influences. The original band was active in the late 1960s and early 1970s, and a later version has been active since the early 1980s. Their debut album "The Pentangle" brought together their separate influences of folk, jazz, blues, early music and contemporary songwriting. One of the band's most commercially successful albums, it reached number 21 in the British charts.

Born a very long time ago. In sweden. I vividly remember how i (in faded monochrome) baby-sat both strindberg and wagner, as well as mark twain. Oh, my summers with good old huck finn on the mighty mississippi… Professional composer/musician since 1991. My albums are by all means a kind of "hobby-activity" since i never got any money from neither of them. In sweden i´m a "well-known" composer, mostly of theatre-music.

All packaged in a 2-piece lift-off lid box with V-shaped thumb-cuts on either side of the lid.

Margaret Thatcher gave a grant to support the writing of the book, and the initial publication in Russia was paid for by Aleksander Solzhenitsyn. The book has an introduction by Edward Lucas and an afterword by David Satter.
