Frendo is a custom-built Soundiron instrument. We created this monster by stringing bailing wire around and through steel plates and bolts, over galvanized steel piping and across wood planks. It was meant to suffer. You can help by mistreating it in horrible ways with screwdrivers, bows, drum sticks, mallets and fingers. The instrument holds a vast amount of otherworldly sounds, which is ideal for composers looking for new disturbing, horror-like textures for their scores. Frendo is partially a mallet instrument, recorded with wooden and rubber mallets, but is also a more traditional string instrument, since we recorded finger plucks and bows. It's the sound of Satan's cello, weeping softly for your burning soul.

The U is a glissy steel lamellophone created by master instrument inventor Bart Hopkin. Rather than having one tine per note, this creation has 14 closely spaced tines per note. Each group of tines is tuned in octaves and fifths across a range of three or four octaves.

BOWED GUITAR CLOUDS is a cinematic morphing pad instrument running in Kontakt 5.8 and above. It is based on recordings of bowed guitars including a semi-acoustic bass, a Portuguese steel-string ukulele and a hollowbody electric guitar.

The Lakeside Pipe Organ is a Rodgers steel and wooden pipe-electric hybrid organ recorded at the Lakeside Temple Of Practical Christianity in Oakland, California, with organist Don Sears. This large pipe organ produces its sound by driving compressed air through 850 resonant steel pipes and wooden reeds, arranged in 15 ranks.

Introducing Rosette Fingerstyle, the first in our new Rosette line of acoustic guitars. We sampled a gorgeous steel-stringed Taylor 414ce acoustic in obsessive detail: every string, every fret, every finger, with two mics and even a DI signal. An improved, expanded guitar engine lets you easily customize the virtual player’s performance to breathe life into your music, no matter how intricate or nuanced.

The Circle Bells library was recorded with a rare and unique instrument called "Blossom Bells", created by local SF Bay Area metal working artisan Pete Engelhart. This hand-welded tuned percussion instrument features six steel conical bells tuned to different keys and spread out in a fan arrangement.
