I suppose nobody ever bothered to count (just did a Google search with the string "most+book+to+film+adaptations+by+author" and I got "best" and "worst" and "most bungled" and "top 50" results but not what I exactly sought for, so I suppose one can perhaps count by hand from the "top 50" result) which present-day author has had the most film, television and other media adaptations of his or her works, but off the cuff I would say it would be Stephen King. Here, then are the published works of fiction of the acknowledged master of horror, suspense and the heebie-jeebies, starting from his very first published novel, (1974), to his last short story anthology, (2010), my own modest, more or less complete compilation of his novels, novellas (or novelettes), anthologies and series collections, each work in the popular EPUB and MOBI eBook formats, for enjoyment in your laptops, e-readers, tablets, mobile phones and other smart devices.
