Welcome to the Electric Blues in 6 Weeks guitar course. This course is designed to focus your practice towards realistic goals achievable in six weeks. Each week provides you with techniques, concepts and licks to help you play and understand blues soloing at a manageable easy to follow pace. Three licks in the style of a featured artist are taught each week to help you towards playing in real musical situations and develop an ear for the differences between players.

From Dusk Till Dawn: Music from the Motion Picture is the soundtrack album for the 1996 action-comedy-horror film, From Dusk till Dawn, directed by Robert Rodriguez and screenplay by Quentin Tarantino. The album is predominantly Texas blues, featuring such artists as ZZ Top, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Jimmie Vaughan. The film's score was composed by Graeme Revell, and two short excerpts of his work are featured on the album. There are also extracts of dialogue from the film. The Chicano rock band Tito & Tarantula, who portrayed the band in the Titty Twister bar, appears on the soundtrack as well.

Corey Stevens is an American blues guitarist from Centralia, Illinois. Stevens began playing guitar at age 11 and moved to Los Angeles after graduating from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale to pursue a career in the music business. Stevens worked as a school teacher for the Los Angeles Unified School District for ten years before signing a recording contract with the independent label, Eureka Records. He released his debut album in 1995, garnering comparisons to Stevie Ray Vaughan and Eric Clapton, and scored a rock radio hit with the single, "Blue Drops of Rain." "One More Time" from his 1997 follow up, Road To Zen, was his highest charting single. It reached the top ten in Radio & Records and #22 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart. Hendrix Hits is a 2000 compilation CD featuring different artists covering songs done by Jimi Hendrix or songs Hendrix made famous (i.e. "All Along The Watchtower", "Hey Joe".) This was released in Germany by the Zounds Music label.

Joseph Satriani is an American musician, composer, songwriter, and guitar teacher. Early in his career, Satriani worked as a guitar instructor, with many of his former students achieving fame, such as Steve Vai, Larry LaLonde, Rick Hunolt, Kirk Hammett, Andy Timmons, Charlie Hunter, Kevin Cadogan, and Alex Skolnick; he then went on to have a successful solo music career. He is a 15-time Grammy Award nominee and has sold over 10 million albums, making him the best-selling instrumental rock guitarist of all time.
