A long time ago there were two sisters, a red queen and a black queen. They grew up hating each other. Finally the black queen killed the red queen by stabbing her seven times. The red queen came back from the dead and killed six people then killed the black queen. This cycle repeats it self every 100 years. But its only a legend…right?
Now in present time it would seem that the red queen is back and bodies are piling up left and right.
This is a stylish if slightly confusing giallo but there are enough twists and turns along the way to keep your interest along with a VERY nude young Sybil Danning.

While Italian director Emilio Miraglia never rose to the heights of some of his fellow directors like Dario Argento or even Umberto Lenzi, he holds a special place in a many a genre fan's withered heart for a few of the six films he did direct: a crime film entitled Assassination starring the one and only Henry Silva, a Spaghetti Western starring Richard Harrison entitled Shoot, Joe, Shoot! and the two giallos that are in this set from No Shame Films, the infamous The Night Evelyn Came Out Of The Grave and the, until now, elusive The Red Queen Kills Seven Times. Both films prove to be solid thrillers with some great casts, plenty of style, and some cool murder set pieces as well.

The story is a pastiche of Akira Kurosawa's film Seven Samurai and its western remake, The Magnificent Seven. The farmers of the peaceful planet Akir, named in honor of Akira Kurosawa, are threatened by the space tyrant Sador (played by Corman regular John Saxon, carrying the old Eli Wallach role). Richard Thomas plays Shad, who sets out to recruit a band of mercenaries to fight Sador. This band includes Gelt, played by Robert Vaughn in a part that is essentially a reprise of his role in The Magnificent Seven with many of the same lines of dialogue; George Peppard (who was originally considered to play Vin, Steve McQueen's character, in The Magnificent Seven) as a space cowboy; and Saint-Exmin, a member of the alien Valkyrie race, played by Sybil Danning.
The film contains many of the clichés that came to dominate sci-fi films following Star Wars including giant spaceships, exotic aliens and the finale of a suicidal assault on a space fortress.
Footage from the movie was used in the creation of the laser disk game Astron Belt.

The initiation of young Mark (Gavin Brannan) into his first sexual encounter is the objective and focus of this run-of-the-mill teen drama by Kikuo Kawasaki. When Mark goes to visit his cousin Toni (David Siegel) in Austria for the summer, he develops a serious crush on Toni's pretty stepsister Clair (Susanne Ashley) and at the same time tries to fend off Toni's efforts to get him set up with prostitutes. As much as he likes Clair, Mark cannot bring himself to start a sexual relationship with her and ultimately goes to Clair's mother Katherine (Sybil Danning) to vent his feelings. It is that meeting that ultimately sends Mark home more experienced than when he arrived.
