Prog rock pioneer Steve Hackett is releasing "Premonitions - The Charisma Recordings 1975-1983", a comprehensive reissue project that includes his first 6 albums, together with a wealth of previously unavailable recordings as well as remixes by Steven Wilson. ‘Premonitions’ comes in a super deluxe box set featuring a total of 135 songs on 10 CDs and 4 DVDs, plus an extensive booklet. Also included in this version are 67 previously unreleased recordings between old and new tracks, live and remixes.
Changing Images is a duet coming from Germany, made of keyboards player Martin Kornberger and guitar player Volker Kuhn. The first named made the so-called German School style his own, melting it with pregnant symphonic influences. The second named plays excellent guitar-synthesiser parts, as well as traditional six-strings parts. "The Castle" (1991) is a concept-album about taking a walk discovering a castle. The music can be called refined and picturesque electronic Progressive rock. Different ambiences are created for each discovered room in the form of beautiful and highly elaborated, arranged and orchestrated melodies full of nuances and evoking Jean-Pascal Boffo in this "Rituel" period or Steve Hackett in "Voyage Of The Acolyte".

Canadian composer and multi-instrumentalist Rick Miller made his debut effort as a solo artist back in 1983 with the new age production Starsong, which shifted a highly respectable 30.000 units at the time. He would follow up this venture with Windhaven in 1987, and his efforts Interstellar Passage from 1998 and the EP No Passion, No Pain from 2009 would continue exploring similar musical territories.
