In support of their newest album Into The Wild Life, Halestorm, fronted by the dynamic powerhouse Lzzy Hale, joined forces for The Pretty Reckless to take the road by storm with the Carnival of Madness. They made their stop in Atlanta at the Tabernacle April 23 for a night of really great hard rock music fueled by strong, confident women. Starset in support with a futuristic, space boy motif for their set made for a terrific night of music. Thank god and hallelujah for the power of Lzzy Hale, seriously one of the most dynamic performers in the business.
Mother is the seventh studio album by American heavy metal band In This Moment. It was released on March 27, 2020, through Atlantic Records and Roadrunner Records and was produced by Kevin Churko and Kane Churko. The album features a host of special guests including Ded's Joe Cotella, The Pretty Reckless's Taylor Momsen and Halestorm's Lzzy Hale. The first single "The In-Between," is a sonically gorgeous labyrinth of sound steered by frontwoman Maria Brink's beguiling vocals, which swirl around guitarist Chris Howorth's heavier-than-granite riffing. "Mother" follows 2017's beloved "Ritual." Excitement for this record burns at a fevered pitch, as In This Moment landed on several "Most Anticipated" lists, including Alternative Press, Loudwire, and Revolver.
