How fast things change in rock & roll. In the span of just a few years during the early '90s, Thunder went from favored saviors of British hard rock thanks to their triumphant 1990 debut, Backstreet Symphony, to strife-ridden not-quite-stars when 1992's strong follow-up, Laughing on Judgement Day, almost saw guitarist Luke Morley joining a then still relevant Whitesnake, to borderline untouchables thanks to the advent of grunge and a bitter, disillusioned third album in 1995's Behind Closed Doors. So, come 1996 and their fourth album, The Thrill of It All, two details were evident: first, that Thunder was never going to become the next Whitesnake or Def Leppard (not that they'd want to, by that stage) and, second, that the only way for their fortunes was up, even if their latest material showed only marginal improvement over their latest effort.

Following an incredible success with his debut album In The Lonely Hour – including four GRAMMY Awards, both an Academy Award & Golden Globe, three Brit Awards, and amassing over 8 billion streams to date – Sam Smith is back with his upcoming sophomore record „The Thrill Of It All“. His first single off the record "Too Good At Goodbyes" debuted #1 on multiple global charts.

On 6 October 2017, Smith announced his second album titled "The Thrill of it All" through his online Twitter account was to be released on 3 November 2017. It is Smith's second full album of material after his hugely successful debut album In the Lonely Hour in 2014, which has sold twenty four million copies worldwide, and has received a number of sales certifications in lots of different countries.

Deep Blue Sea announce the release of their new live album - Live It Up. Featuring 10 songs - some old - some new - nuthin borrowed - plenty blue. In response to requests at gigs for live versions of some of the old songs that we have reworked and new songs we have been developing - we recorded the band at Harpenden Blues Festival on 13 May 2018.
