Tinto Brass scored his first major international success with this shocking but stylish tale of decadence in the Third Reich, inspired by a true story. Madame Kitty (Ingrid Thulin) is the proprietor of one of Berlin's most luxurious brothels, where many members of the Nazi high command are her regular customers. In London, the beautiful Venetian Carla Borin (Yuliya Mayarchuk) is an intern at the front desk of an hotel. She is looking for an apartment to allow her boyfriend Matteo (Jarno Berardi) to join her there. The real estate agent, Moira (Francesca Nunzi) happens to be a lesbian and rents her a loft with a view of the Thames. When the hot-tempered and jealous Matteo finds a nude picture of Carla and letters from her former French lover Bernard (Mauro Lorenz), Carla and Matteo have a row on the phone. Angry at Mateo, Carla sleeps with Moira. Matteo, desperate, comes to London, where he finds Moira naked in Carla's apartment. He confronts Carla about all her past infidelities and refuses a blowjob from her before leaving. After a walk in the park, where he sees lots of sexual activity, he changes his mind. Carla shows up with a written account of her infidelities but Matteo declares he no longer needs to know.

Directed by Tinto Brass, Senso '45 takes place during the waning period of Nazi occupation in Venice, and is based on an 1882 novella written by Camillo Boito. When a wealthy, politically connected older woman named Livia (Anna Galiena) develops a relationship with Helmut (Gabriel Garko), a rakish, opportunistic SS officer, both are sucked into a state of moral decline similar to that which the country itself has gone into since the occupation. Senso '45 also features Franco Branciaroli, Antonio Salines, Loredana Cannata, Erika Savastani, and Simona Borioni.

Kitty runs a brothel in Nazi Germany where the soldiers come to "relax". Recording devices have been installed in each room by a power hungry army official who plans to use the information to blackmail Hitler and gain power himself. The story takes place in northern Italy in the 1950's. Lola and Masetto are about to get married. Masetto wants to keep Lola as a virgin until they are married. But Lola is impatient to remain in chastity until the wedding night. She wants to be sure that Masetto is a good lover, before she commits herself into marriage. She does everything to trick Masetto into breaking the moral tradition.

Only the most foolhardy of mortals would attempt a plot summary of this film, and I’m not quite that crazy. This is Tinto Brass’s 1969 effort, coming between 1967′s Deadly Sweet and 1970′s The Howl. The former is a mad, pop-culture collage of noir elements, while the latter is a hallucinatory picaresque. This one is the most plot-free of the the lot. The original title is Nerosubianco, an untranslatable pun that combines “black on white” with the word “eros” (Attraction – note the word contains “action” – is an honorable attempt, and better than the theatrical title of “The Artful Penetration of Barbara,” which is what appears on the screen here, with the new name showing up as a subtitle), and that’s about as much as can be summarized: this is an interracial romance. Beyond that, we have an exercise in pure formalism, an eye-popping collection of images and incidents as abstract as they are psychedelic.

While Dario is busy with his own business, Marta take a visit to the celebrated Palazzo Te; here under Giulio Romano's fresco representing Jupiter's erected penis she meets Leon. Immediately they become lovers and spend the entire book exhibitions' days making love almost everywhere. This liaison will have soon effects also on the regular one between Marta and Dario.

Over the course of four seasons she meets four men: in Winter the rich old council; in Spring there is the young chauffeur; in Summer the American G.I.; and in Autumn, the servant of the Tavern. Now she has to make a decision, who would be the best lover as well husband.
