trip9love…??? is the third album from Tirzah, produced by long-time musical collaborator Mica Levi. It was written and recorded at both their homes and various corners of South East London and Kent.

Colourgrade follows on from 2018’s immediate cult classic LP, Devotion. It forms a subconscious snapshot from across a year when Tirzah was playing live regularly for the first time, in the depths of promoting Devotion and recorded soon after the birth of her first child and shortly before her second child was born.

Arriving on the back of a lauded run of releases on Greco Roman, Devotion shines a brilliant new light on Tirzah's unique experimental pop, exquisitely soulful voice and potent contemporary lyricism. Written and produced in collaboration with long-time friend and collaborator Micachu, Devotion's hallmarks are rooted in a fresh, raw emotion and feeling. The Essex-born performer has been at the centre of the vital post-grime and UK garage sound of London for the better half of a decade but it's only now that her work has come to full fruition, delivering what feels like a landmark debut LP.

Calling it "Adrian Thaws" is saying you don't really know me, says Tricky, explaining the title of his 11th album. So many times people have tried to put a finger on me and every album I go to a different place. It's typical of one of music s most unpredictable characters that the first album to bear his birth name is one of his least introspective. "Adrian Thaws" is a vivid, attention-grabbing set of songs which roam from hip hop to house, jazz to blues, rock to reggae. It was recorded in Tricky's home studio in London, where he's living again after almost two decades in New York, Los Angeles and Paris, and features an international crew of collaborators: Francesca Belmonte, Nneka, Mykki Blanco, Bella Gotti, Tirzah, Blue Daisy and Oh Land. It's designed to be played loud!

The debut full-length release for the Philadelphia electronic producer features guest appearances from such artists as Future, Leikeli47, M.I.A., Novelist, Pusha T, Rustie, and Tirzah. The album received a score of 76/100 based on 11 reviews on review aggregator Metacritic, indicating "generally favorable reviews".
