Nazi Germany still holds many secrets, but one of them is about to be uncovered by this fascinating documentary. Deep beneath the earth's surface, the Third Reich built a labyrinth of tunnels to hide and build many of their most notorious weapons. This is a rare look into yet another dark aspect of the Nazi war machine. It was one of the most massive construction projects ever attempted by humankind. Late in World War II, the Nazis launched a bold plan to shelter armaments factories from the constant hail of allied bombs. All important manufacturing facilities would be re-located in underground labyrinths of protective caves.

Scott Walker was an American-born British singer-songwriter, composer and record producer. He is noted for his distinctive baritone voice and for the unorthodox career path which has taken him from 1960s pop icon to 21st century experimental musician. Originally coming to fame in the mid-1960s singing orchestral pop ballads as the frontman of The Walker Brothers, Walker went on to a solo career, with a series of acclaimed albums, balancing a light entertainment/MOR ballad approach with increasing artistic innovations in arrangement and writing perspective. The packaging is brilliant kitsch: a 6.5-inch square, metal-lidded cube emblazoned on three sides with suitably tacky 3-D images of–you guessed it!–a floating brain. But the profusely illustrated, hard-bound, 200-page book (designed to emulate the Big Little Books of the 1940s and '50s) that's included gives the subject its serious due, with an introduction by Ray Bradbury and contributions from an array of other notables, including Forrest J.
