This volume is dedicated to important factors in creating proteoforms that constitute the end-point structural and functional forms of a gene or protein that can be applied for predictive, preventive, and personalized medicine (PPPM) as well as precision medicine (PM).

The aim of this book is to cover a broad spectrum of current topics in ubiquitination and to a lesser extent SUMOylation involvement in regulation of DDR and repair in health and disease.
