8Dio 1985 Passionate Grand Piano is an ultra deep-sampled piano library - featuring over 66.000 samples, up to 10 velocity layers, 5 round-robin, a wealth of flexible articulations and all across 6 microphone positions. The microphones were literally surrounding the entire piano, so you can create exactly the sound you want.

The Italian Grand is a magnificent addition to Ivorys award-winning collection of pianos. Expertly regulated and recorded at the famed SUNY Purchase concert hall in New York using Class-A equipment, this Italian 10 foot concert grand is well known for its dynamics, expressiveness and full-bodied character. Twelve velocity layers are included in this expansion pack, as well as soft pedal samples and release samples at multiple time and velocity levels.

Based on the famous SampleTekk Black Grand, but with refined samples, and the use of SampleTekk's True Resonance Samples in combination with Native Instruments Kontakt Engine, we built a Grand Piano that we feel is our best piano yet! This instrument shines! With up to 14 velocity layers, Sympathetic Resonance, built in reverb with custom impulses from famous gold plates, digital units, rooms and large springs, it gives you the range that you would expect from a Steinway D Hamburg. From soft spoken pianissimo, to roaring, blistering fortes, the BLACK delivers.

Vintage Upright is a beautiful "character" piano, subtly out-of-tune, bursting with realism, and filling a gap between the pristinely sampled pianos on the market and novelty "junk" pianos. Its haunting tone shines beautifully as a solo instrument or in the mix, and lends extraordinary character to any style of music including jazz, rock, blues, pop, ragtime, and film applications.
