Back in the beginnings, we didn’t think we would ever release a live album. This didn’t make sense for a band that loves to tour and play. Sounds silly now, but we couldn’t figure out the point of it when we had album recordings, crafted with a heap of intention and total sonic and creative control. Over the last few years we’ve been warming up to the idea as we realized so many of the albums we love and return to the most are live albums.

Watchhouse took the Austin City Limits Live stage at The Moody Theater in Austin, TX on January 23, 2020 in support of their then latest album - Tides of a Teardrop - Throughout the night, they played fan favorites from "Blindfaller", "Such Jubilee" and "This Side of Jordan" and debuted a new instrumental track - "Hawk Is A Mule".

Mountain Stage is a two-hour, live music performance radio show staged with a theater audience, produced by West Virginia Public Broadcasting, and distributed by NPR.

Mighty Poplar is a new all-star roots project featuring Andrew Marlin of Watchhouse, Noam Pikelny and Chris Eldridge of Punch Brothers, bassist Greg Garrison (Leftover Salmon) and fiddler Alex Hargreaves (Billy Strings). On their debut record the fivesome captures the fierce and playful energy of a late night jam between old friends.

Lamenting the roll-back on women’s rights around the world, folk singer-songwriter Dawn Landes re-imagines The Liberated Woman’s Songbook. First published at the height of the Women’s Liberation Movement, Landes’ smart and playful revision of this work leads us through a history of women’s activism, from the early 19th century through to the peak of Women’s Lib in the 1970s. In concert Landes will be inviting different guest artists to join her and the band as they embody women from the past. This performance will feature very special guest Alice Gerrard, renowned folk singer.

Humbird (Siri Undlin) is a Minneapolis based singer-songwriter, poet, and storyteller inspired by the crystalline chill of her home state’s northern winters. Undlin twines experimental folk, environmental Americana, and orchestral compositions to forge an explorative embodiment of the narrative folk song and balladry tradition. Released in September 2019, her debut full length album, Pharmakon, was received with remarkable critical acclaim and has amassed over 20 million streams since its release. After the release of her sophomore album Still Life (2021) she was chosen as the winner of the 2021 Kerrville Folk Festival’s song-writing competition and went on to teach songwriting at both Sisters Folk Festival and Rocky Mountain Folks Fest.
