The Interstellar: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack is a tremendously popular soundtrack, several years after it's initial release. The Interstellar: Expanded Edition features music from the film by composer Hans Zimmer.

The Americas is a 2025 NBC documentary series narrated by Tom Hanks, exploring North and South America as a combined "supercontinent" through an immersive 10-part journey. The series premiered on February 23, 2025, featuring an original score by Hans Zimmer, Anže Rozman, and Kara Talve, alongside a main theme co-written by Zimmer and Andrew James Christie, and Brandi Carlile's original song, Wandering.

The Night Logan Woke Up (French: La nuit où Laurier Gaudreault s'est réveillé) is a Canadian thriller drama limited television series, directed by Xavier Dolan and released in 2022. Adapted from the theatrical play La nuit où Laurier Gaudreault s'est réveillé by Michel Marc Bouchard, the series centres on the Larouches, a family in Val-des-Chutes, Quebec, who are coping with the death of family matriarch Madeleine (Anne Dorval).

Zimmer had composed over 90 minutes of music prior to the announcement of the film to help give Villeneuve inspiration when writing.
