A Killer Romance

Killer Kid sits in Fort Knox as a prisoner, but is able to escape. He is witness of a illegal sale of arms to the Mexican rebels who shoot the American Sellers. Helping the Mexicans and the Pablo he goes to the guerilla camp refuge where Kid meets the leaders of the guerilla group and Mercedes, a lovely girl devoted to the revolution. Kid gets to understand the ideals that guide the rebels and the cruelty and corruption of the government's men. He decides to join them after Mercedes sacrifices her life in a heroic act.

A professional assassin, having just "cleaned up" a botched "job," is pressured into another new assignment by his boss.

With their help he attempts to cleanse the land of the evil that the Sheriff has spread.

Martin Blank is a freelance hitman who starts to develop a conscience, which causes him to muff a couple of routine assignments. On the advice of his secretary and his psychiatrist, he attends his 10th year High School reunion in Grosse Pointe, Michigan (a Detroit suburb where he's also contracted to kill someone). Hot on his tail are a couple of over-enthusiastic federal agents, another assassin who wants to kill him, and Grocer, an assassin who wants him to join an "Assassin's Union."

The anonymous author of a popular advice column is pursued by a mob hit-man whose face she picked at random for her byline sketch. While she isn't searching for a book deal, aspiring novelist Sally (Lara Jean Chorosteki) earns her pay by penning the "Mr. Know-it-All" in a local newspaper. When a celebrity endorsement plunges Sally into the national spotlight, however, her agent requests a headshot to accompany the column. Sally responds by submitting a sketch of Albert (Jefferson Brown), a random stranger she spotted at the movies. What Sally has failed to realize, however…..

While Italian director Emilio Miraglia never rose to the heights of some of his fellow directors like Dario Argento or even Umberto Lenzi, he holds a special place in a many a genre fan's withered heart for a few of the six films he did direct: a crime film entitled Assassination starring the one and only Henry Silva, a Spaghetti Western starring Richard Harrison entitled Shoot, Joe, Shoot! and the two giallos that are in this set from No Shame Films, the infamous The Night Evelyn Came Out Of The Grave and the, until now, elusive The Red Queen Kills Seven Times. Both films prove to be solid thrillers with some great casts, plenty of style, and some cool murder set pieces as well.
