This book presents the proceedings of the 11th Scientific Conference “Intelligent systems for industrial automation,” WCIS-2020, held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, on November 26–28, 2020. It includes contributions from diverse areas of intelligent industrial systems design as hybrid control systems, intelligent information systems, decision making under imperfect information and others.

This book includes original, peer-reviewed research papers from the 2023 4th International Symposium on Insulation and Discharge Computation for Power Equipment (IDCOMPU2023), held in Wuhan, China. The topics covered include but are not limited to: insulation, discharge computations, electric power equipment, and electrical materials. The papers share the latest findings in the field of insulation and discharge computations of electric power equipment, making the book a valuable asset for researchers, engineers, university students, etc.

This book mainly reflects the recent research works in evolutionary computation technologies and mobile sustainable networks with a specific focus on computational intelligence and communication technologies that widely ranges from theoretical foundations to practical applications in enhancing the sustainability of mobile networks. Today, network sustainability has become a significant research domain in both academia and industries present across the globe. Also, the network sustainability paradigm has generated a solution for existing optimization challenges in mobile communication networks. Recently, the research advances in evolutionary computing technologies including swarm intelligence algorithms and other evolutionary algorithm paradigms are considered as the widely accepted descriptors for mobile sustainable networks virtualization, optimization, and automation.

The microelectronics market trends present an ever-increasing level of complexity with special emphasis on the production of complex mixed-signal systems-on-chip. Strict economic and design pressures have driven the development of new methods to automate the analog design process. However, and despite some significant research efforts, the essential act of design at the transistor level is still performed by the trial and error interaction between the designer and the simulator.

The book compiles efficient design and test methodologies for the implementation of reversible logic circuits. The methodologies covered in the book are design approaches, test approaches, fault tolerance in reversible circuits and physical implementation techniques. The book also covers the challenges and the reversible logic circuits to meet these challenges stimulated during each stage of work cycle. The novel computing paradigms are being explored to serve as a basis for fast and low power computation.
