A band of musicians from the seventies to the present day, who escaped an unlikely plane crash awakened from a cryogenic sleep after being hibernated in an iceberg? "Sotto il segno della lampreda" is the name of the album proposed by the prog band Il Buco Del Baco, a concept that will lead us under the mysterious seabed, among anemones, corals and abyssal creatures in search of the "Great Lampreda". Between vintage and contemporary sounds and irreverent and self-ironic texts full of musical and non-musical quotes, a marine journey in the smell of a nostalgic past.

The splendour and cultural heritage of Humanism contain an intricate network of intuitions and revolutions – that are often local or have developed in geographically or politically well defined areas – of culture and of its representation in society: an unlimited theatricalisation of reality, in which each gesture, symbol and behaviour is transformed into an active component of the greatness and beauty of the Court and of its main actuators.In a picturesque fresco of this rich era - musical heir of the Middle Ages - the Anonima Frottolisti ensemble offers a cross-section of the main aspects that characterized it: power, love, celebration, dance, and faith, through an imaginary journey in the wonder of the Italian courts of the fifteenth century.

The research by Stefano Battaglia and that of Michele Rabbia share training ( classical for both) , the sensual attraction for jazz , a love of classical music of the ' 900 , which extend in particular to two of the big issues which moves the musical evolution : I'm referring to the world of sound , the quest for its expansion and the theme of improvisation.
