Tomorrow's Gift first album is a true German Krautrock classic. Powerful long tracks with plenty of guitar, organ, flute and drum solos and of course with Ellen Meyers strong vocals, often compared with Inga Rumpf from Fumpy or Janis Joplin. Indeed Tomorrows Gift and Frumpy musically had a lot in common and are highly appreciated by many fans till today. The recordings were newly remastered and for the first time there is a comprehensive story of the band with a lot of unseen photos describing the decline and fall of Tomorrows Gift written by band founder Manfred Rürup. CD comes with a 28 pages booklet.

Tomorrow’s Gift started out in the late 60’s as more of a conventionally-styled heavy progressive band with a late psychedelic hangover, though by no means ordinary or forgettable. On "Goodbye Future" the band has been reduced to a trio (drums, keys and bass) and also opted for a more improvised progressive sound with harder edged keyboard and bass interplay. Of course the engineering and production were handled by Konrad Plank. "Goodbye Future" is indeed a very varied album and contains a certain strange Zappa-esque wierdness throughout. This album contains some simply mind numbing space explorations carrying a certain improvised Canterbury-influenced jazz-rock feel throughout.

Climate change impacts—more heat, drought, extreme rainfall, and stronger storms—have already harmed communities around the globe. Even if the world could cut its carbon emissions to zero tomorrow, further significant global climate change is now inevitable. Although we cannot tell with certainty how much average global temperatures will rise, we do know that the warming we have experienced to date has caused significant losses, and that the failure to prepare for the consequences of further warming may prove to be staggering.

A fresh new version of Tomorrow's legendary debut album re-imagined by Steve Howe. Post-produced using the technology now available on the balance and edits to enhance and re-present what the band were trying to achieve 55 years ago! Featuring some less well-known studio tracks, a new title, running order and sleeve creating the psychedelic masterpiece they always envisaged. Previously known as The In Crowd, Tomorrow came to fame in the 1967 film Smashing Time. During that year the band released two singles, one of which, 'My White Bicycle' was inspired by the Dutch Provos, an anarchist group in Amsterdam which instituted a community bicycle program. The follow-up single 'Revolution', according to Joe Boyd's book White Bicycles - Making Music in the 1960s asserted the band's performance of the song at the UFO Club was the apotheosis of the 60s UK underground. This re-issue overseen by Steve Howe, contains new artwork by long time Yes collaborators The Gottlieb Brothers with new notes by Steve Howe and John 'Twink' Alder, and has been remastered from the original mono mixes.
