Having released two albums in a nine month period between October 1981 and July 1982, “Three of a Perfect Pair” is the final part of the recorded trilogy begun with “Discipline” and “Beat”. Originally released in April 1984, from the pointillist minimalism of the title track through to the urgent rush of ‘Sleepless’ and the album’s closer ‘Larks’ Tongues in Aspic III’ - the only reference to the 1970s incarnations of the band – Crimson’s distinctive mixture of rock, electronica, funk and pure pop songs, ensured the group’s status as one of the most interesting and innovative bands of the decade.

"In the Court of the Crimson King" is the 1969 debut album by the British progressive rock group King Crimson. The album reached #5 on the British charts, and is certified gold in the United States.
The album is generally viewed as one of the strongest of the progressive rock genre, where King Crimson largely stripped away the blues-based foundations of rock music and mixed together jazz and Classical symphonic elements. In his 1997 book "Rocking the Classics", critic and musicologist Edward Macan notes that "In the Court of the Crimson King" "may be the most influential progressive rock album ever released".

Alongside Yes, Emerson Lake & Palmer and Genesis, King Crimson has been one of the most emblematic British progressive rock bands of all time. Always creatively led by Robert Fripp, the group has gone through numerous member changes and sound mutations. After several years of hard work, Music Brokers is proud to present The Many Faces Of King Crimson, an album where we will find hard to find works and lesser known projects from most of the members that at some point were part of the band.

Featuring fresh perspectives on classic material recorded during a tour that took place despite almost insurmountable issues, Music Is Our Friend is an official bootleg featuring all of King Crimson’s stunning final performance in North America at Washington DC in September, 2021 plus four pieces from KC’s intimate 'Friends and Family' first concert of the tour’s second leg in Albany.

To celebrate their 50th anniversary, King Crimson are releasing 50 rare or unusual tracks from the archives. Starting on 13th January, the date the band was formed in the Fulham Palace Café in 1969, these tracks will be released one a week for the remaining 50 weeks of 2019. Each track will be introduced by a commentary from David Singleton, King Crimson manager and producer.

The Massey Hall King Crimson show is one of the most well known and well documented. Live In Toronto is the latest Club silver pressed release which has the complete soundboard recording from that night for the first time. Live In Toronto is truly an important archive release by King Crimson. They’ve mostly been going down the download route, posting their tapes online and not bothering with silver releases. But this one, despite the sub par show, certainly is interesting enough for a Collector’s Club release. This is available from the DGM website for a reasonable price, definitely worth having.

Radical Action to Unseat the Hold of Monkey Mind is a box set by King Crimson, released on 2 September 2016. The box set contains recordings from the group's 2015 tours of Japan, Canada and France.
