Lenny Breau (August 5, 1941–August 12, 1984) was known for blending many styles of music including: jazz, country, classical and flamenco guitar. Breau, inspired by country guitarists like Chet Atkins, used fingerstyle techniques not often used in jazz guitar. Released in 1968, 'Guitar Sounds' was reissued on CD in 2005 by Wounded Bird Records. The re-issue includes one bonus track, "Call Me".
